The mission of Joseph S. Busey, Ph.D., A Psychological Corporation, is to provide, at a fair price, the best possible psychological treatment, assessment, consultation, and forensic services to the people of the North Sacramento Valley, and to promote and teach mental health concepts consistent with traditional American values. Services are by appointment only. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with evening hours three nights per week and occasional Saturday morning hours.
