"Say, Hazel, let me tell you about . . ."

This photo was taken at the Tokyo zoo in 1963 with a Nikon F on High Speed (back then) Ektachrome. The image is from the upper 2/3 of the slide, and it was blown up to approximately 2x3' with little loss of quality or increase in graininess by Marin Color labs in San Rafael, CA. It was rendered from the slide to a JPEG image by an amazing third-generation digital photo machine at Photo Fast on South Main Street in Red Bluff.
